Can this charge my Jackery power station and car battery?

[A] Yes! The Kit includes: 4-in-1 cable (XT60/DC5521/Anderson/DC7909) for Jackery/Bluetti/EcoFlow and most of power stations; Anderson extension cable for 12V batteries; 10A PWM controller with alligator clips. Please note that some power stations may have a maximum input power limit, which could restrict the solar panel’s output efficiency.

Is the panel waterproof, can it be used in rainy or humid conditions? Can I leave it outside year-round?

[A] Yes, the solar panel is IP68 waterproof and can operate in rainy or humid conditions, but please take care that the included PWM controller is not waterproof. While IP68-rated, prolonged UV/rain exposure may degrade seals over 3-5 years. Store indoors during extreme weather to extend lifespan. Please also noted the included PWM controller is not waterproof. Recommend seasonal storage.

How does it perform in extreme heat (e.g., desert camping)? Why is my controller getting hot?

[A] Efficiency decreases by ~0.3%/°C above 25°C. In 40°C conditions, expect ~5% output loss. Aluminum frame dissipates heat better than plastic models; PWM controllers naturally reach 50-60°C during operation, keep in shaded, ventilated area. Do NOT cover.

How to clean the glass without scratching it?

[A] Just rinse with water and wipe with soft cloth, no special cleaning tools or products are needed.

Can I adjust the angle for winter sun? What’s the real-world output on cloudy days?

[A] Yes! Our kickstand supports multi-angle adjustments. For optimal performance: Lower angles target winter sun positions; Higher angles maximize summer sun exposure; Real output expect: 50-70W (100W model) – Partial clouds, 15-25W (100W model) – Heavy overcast. Weather/Season: Clouds/Shade: 50%+ power loss; Winter Sun: 30-50% lower; Heat: Output drops ~5% on 95°F days; 2. Setup Issues: Wrong Angle → 20% loss; Dirty Panels → 25% loss; Long/Thin Cables →15% loss. Quick Fixes: Clean panels weekly with water + microfiber cloth; Adjust panel angle seasonally (summer: steeper); Keep controller/cables shaded and cool. This is normal – even professional solar farms rarely hit “lab perfect” numbers.

How should I store the panel when not in use to prolong its lifespan?
